Thomas Ahlquist was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, but has lived in Boise, Idaho for most of his life. He graduated from the University of Utah in 2019 with a degree in Business Management. He also graduated from the Business Scholar’s honor program during his time at University.
During his education he started his professional career in marketing; managing marketing departments for tech startups, mortgage providers, and non-profits. His professional experiences have given him an aptitude for organizational and marketing strategy, graphic design, event planning, public relations, problem-solving, and a deep love for organizations that aim to make the world a better place.
Currently, he is the Director of Marketing and Community relations for Ball Ventures Ahlquist. His position includes managing marketing channels, optimizing organizational strategy, planning events, and helping to guide how BVA interacts within the community.
Thomas has always loved music, studying jazz guitar from a young age, and competing in many national competitions. He also cares deeply for the wellbeing of animals and is very involved in non-profit work that aids in their care. He is married to his best friend, Ashley, and has three pets named after fruits - Raisin (dog), Mango (cat), and Papaya (cat).
